What is happening here - I am just making some adfjustments to the default.aspx file and it kills the whole website..?

Exception Details: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Owin.Security.Cookies, Version=3.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Recycling Computers  is my hobby so if you have any old PCs or Macs..
