My quadrophonic surround sound app seems to have been deleted by an update on Windows 11

Can I do it from inside Windows 11?

Oh, I just had to run mmsys.cpl with Windows button + R (in other words go into control panel and go to the sound settings the old fashioned way) and configure quadrophonic speakers and enable DTS Audio as a feature in that wizard...
