What is happening?

All of our terminal / remote desktop servers have begun restarting without permissions when they have never restarted like this before?

We have not changed any settings and when we check the settings after these mysterious restarts the settings are intact.

This seems to have begun this month in September 2021

We have been losing work on important sessions and we are not being given an explanation.
