Having done some research on this, I have discovered the following:

InsideBitcoins.com say:

Quantum AI is trending top in the UK and Australia, with tens of thousands of people reviewing it daily. A close look at the reviews indicates that it could be making most of its users extremely rich through bitcoin trading.

But what is it, how does it work, and is it legit? Quantum AI is a powerful web-based computer program for automated CFDs trading. The program is driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to study and glean insights from multiple markets. You can trade CFDs on forex, stock, market indices, commodities, and crypto through this platform. However, it’s best known for bitcoin trading.

Quantum AI has received amazing feedback from users, with most claiming to earn thousands of dollars in daily profits. This robot reportedly offers an easy and stress-free way to make money online in 2021.Quantum AI works with over 15 UK and Australia regulated brokers. These brokers have global-level trust. We can also confirm that the Quantum AI website is encrypted and hence safe. This trading system complies with data privacy laws in most countries, including the UK.

Quantum AI is easy to use for all, given that it automates the entire trading process. This trading system is hailed as the most profitable bitcoin trading tool in 2021. However, this doesn’t eliminate the risks associated with crypto trading. Invest wisely!

EconomyWatch.com say:

Is Quantum AI Scam?
Popular Bitcoin robot Quantum AI is legit. This could be followed up with other claims and reviews from websites and users. Besides, the company that developed this bot, Quantum AI Ltd, is reputable in the UK. It has a good number of users and it is a registered company under the auspices of the UK government.

Which is all fine, but then when I look on the blog here on sircles.net, I find that they are saying that both of the above websites are owned by someone called Finixio Ltd who are affiliates of boiler room scams.

According to TechTheLead.com it is a scam too. So what does this mean? Are you really telling us that the top two results when you search for Quantum AI are part of the scam?

Yes, the results that Google display are scam above truth and we have reported this at least a hundred times to Google.

I have just seen that StockApps.com’s parent company is Finixio Ltd too. These scammers are everywhere!

Yes their major contributor Kane Pepi claims to be British but he is based out of Malta, presumably where he runs his boiler room scams from.

He even reviews Quantum AI favourably and claims that there really is a Quantum AI computer running it all. He also claims that he has a doctorate from Lancashire University in Criminal Justice which may be true as they do run such a course but to have studied Criminal Justice and then make fake reviews for a living seems unlikely.

Quantum AI, Tesler App and The Elon Musk trading platform are all boiler room scams. They have a warning about the Elon Musk trading platform  on the blog.

Yes Quantum Code or Quantum AI or whatever they are calling it now is BS.

Do not go anywhere near anything that claims it uses quantum computing to make money easily, it is all a scam!

Watch out for the artificial intelligence ones too, as they are the same thing.

Quantum code refers to algorithms and programming techniques designed for quantum computers. These algorithms leverage the principles of quantum mechanics to solve problems that are intractable for classical computers. Quantum code is still an emerging field, and many researchers and developers are actively exploring its potential applications.
As for whether anyone has tried Quantum Code specifically, it's important to note that "Quantum Code" can refer to different things, including specific software or platforms. Without more context, it's difficult to provide a specific answer. However, if you're interested in exploring quantum computing further, you can pay attention to
this pioneer in quantum computing  and offers valuable resources and insights into this exciting field.

Sure, that's definitely correct, but there are people using association with that phrase to try and defraud. This post is certainly not refuting what you have stated, which is definitely the truth. This post is referring to the mis-use of the word for a cryptocurrency scam online:

quantum-code.png You have insufficient rights to see the content.

This scam is designed to get people to submit their details so that boiler room scammers can then proceed to defraud them.

Quantum AI  encompasses algorithms and programming techniques specifically designed for quantum computers. By harnessing the unique principles of quantum mechanics, these algorithms can tackle complex problems that traditional computers find challenging. Although Quantum AI is still in its infancy, it holds immense promise, and researchers and developers are vigorously exploring its potential applications.

When considering whether anyone has experimented with Quantum AI, it's essential to understand that "Quantum AI" can denote various concepts, including distinct software or platforms. Without additional context, providing a precise answer is challenging. Nevertheless, for those interested in diving deeper into quantum computing, it is beneficial to follow this leader in the quantum computing arena, which provides valuable resources and insights into this fascinating field.

There is no quantum computer anywhere near AI capability.
In late 2023, IBM unveiled a quantum computer with a processor containing 1,121 qubits, setting a new record and surpassing their previous 433-qubit Osprey machine.

We don't like scammer affiliates around here so shove off !

We seem to have a turd in the punch bowl. What sort of prick calls themselves 'safehaven' when they're a boiler room scammer affiliate? He must be a right scumbag!
