Server manager crashes when trying to add role to certain server - it crashes locally on that server or remotely from any other server that you try to add roles to that one server from??

I see these two events upon crash:

I don't think your server is well - best to restore from a backup where this error was not occuring as it looks to me like there is some sort of corruption on the system disk.
