We have a user trying to unlock a portion of our Sage 200 software that has blocked another user.

When they login and try and exit, they see 'there is at least one option still running. please close all remaining options before exiting'

What can we do to get them out of the stuck processes? They are preventing us from accessing VAT returns!!

Try ctrl + [TAB] to see which windows may be hidden behind the main one, perhaps there is something else open somewhere.

Otherwise on newer versions there is a 'close all' option next to where it tells you how many screens you have open.
