Using an SSTP VPN to connect to a domain to authenticate to a domain is failing with:

the connection was aborted by the local system

Error 0x8007274C A connection failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connection host failed to respond.

But it happens instantly and so presumably is not a timeout???

This was actually due to having the wrong VPN endpoint address and the server it pointed at not having Remote Access installed 😞
