We were digging out some old email files from a previous investigation and had the following issue:




This may be due to the fact that these folders were downloaded from an IMAP server and then not exported as normal PST files.

You should be able to resolve this by going to the View menu and clicking the change view button and choosing IMAP Messages rather than Hide Messages:
