Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlopok Window. The set of folders cannot be opened. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your Outlook data file (.ost).

Exchange 2010 with Outlook 2013 - it has found the mailbox OK and the settings are completed on Control Panel>mail - why doesn't it connect to Exchange?

We disabled and re-enabled MAPI on the user mailbox and for some reason that seems to have made the mailbox available properly.
