We are seeing this on some Windows 10 machines - we thought it was to do with Microsoft Edge but we have fixed that issue now but the problem remains:
Your computer cant connect to the remote computer because a security package error occurred in the transport layer

This was an issue with stored security credentials on the 'connect from anywhere' section of the 'advanced' tab.

We deleted the credentials and were restored to normal functionality.
