windows 2019 nps not listening to radius requests
No response from our RADIUS NPS 2019 server when queried by our Centos app

I have tried disabling the default rules and making my won for NPS and UDP/1812 to no avail!!!!

Tried removing 1645 and 1646 as some people have done.

We used a 2016 server instead - so many people are complaining about NPS on 2019 we just decided not to wait for them to patch it!

Nothing we tried made any difference with netsh, iplisten, firewall, ports, networking, patches or VM/PM made any difference.
