What is it about certain users?

They seem to have more problems than everyone else put together.

Every Wednesday when they arrive they cannot connect to the server.

We have:

  • Put up a sign saying do not interfere with this desk
  • Replaced the computer pretty much every week
  • Made sure that the computer works the previous evening only to find that the user had given up and gone home the next morning as they could not connect
  • Changed the networks connection
  • Changed the mouse and keyboard
  • Watched and waited and see that they still cannot connect[/list]
