We are seeing this on a few of our Windows 10 Pro PCs
We use Office 2007 which is 32-bit x86 only
We have to do this for our finance system to work
Office Outlook 2007 has been fine but recently, whenever users tray and reply or open a new messgae, rather than displaying the message window, there is just a small box saying:

In our experience, the issue has been a corruption in the installation somehow caused by Windows 10 - Office 2007 (probably the age difference is a factor) and that a full repair of the Office 2007 suite is the simplest fix.

Our systems did not have any add-ons that were causing problems...
