How can I make a video autoplay in WordPress - If I add ?autoplay="" or autoplay="" it just removes the quotes and equals sign...?

The easiest way is to just select the video and use the properties pane to add 'autoplay' and 'loop' if you wish:
 WP Video Autoplay.png You have insufficient rights to see the content.
