Which versions of Java and which Browsers are best for EFACS 8?

We cannot seem to get it to work with Windows 7 x86 or Windows 11 x64 ???

Just as a follow-up, on Windows 10 x64 with JRE x64 8u411 the E8Client.exe Efacs 8 client configuration installer does not detect the Java as having been Installed.
It does not work with the jre-8u411-windows-i586 version on x86 either.

We have to use the x86 jre-8u202-windows-i586 version on IE 11 or it just doesn't even work at all.
