Just to say that I had this problem after running the Lenovo support software and driver update and it turned out that the display driver was still set to 'Microsoft Basic Display adapter'

Display.png You have insufficient rights to see the content.

So I searched for the hardware ID and had to download this Lenovo Thinkpad T460 display and chipset driver
