OK this was the card reader driver which I eventually got here: PCI Device HP 20-r100a

Just to say that with Windows 11 my PC freezes contantly unless I disable the display driver:

I had to install an old 2015 driver to solve the problem, the 2020 driver just made everything freeze every 5 seconds:
