Any ideas what may be causing this?

Windows 11 x64 Home
HP 20-r100na All in one PC

It keeps freezing the mouse but only for a second like it is a bad driver.
No BSOD
Have replaced the RAM and HDD


Recycling Computers  is my hobby so if you have any old PCs or Macs..
