I am stuck in a loop on a Windows Server - I get the message We couldn't complete the update undoing changes at boot-up and then it restarts and then does the same thing again -what can I do?

As soon as it restarts it just goes back to 'getting windows ready, don't turn off your computer' and fails to install the update again!
