Adding a NF523SFP card to a DL180 gen9 gives 'rip address out of range' in BIOS

Tried two different cards.

Will try BIOS upgrade on system to see if it will go away

There is a specific update for this but we cannot get passed the BIOS without it and we cannot install the update without the card being installed!

Actually that update doesn't appear to be for that exact card.
