What is going on?

I was at home on my Mac and Google Drive wasn't working - no right click or select or anything.

So I came into the office and the Google Drive on Google Chrome isn't working here either - exactly the same - no right or left click!

I am having to use MS Edge to get Google Drive to work?

That ain't right!

So eventually I messed around with the options and discovered this:
