Error installing CRM2011 · PC & Mac Help and Assistance

I am trying to install CRM2011 on Server 2008 x64 and with two separate servers am receiving an error message:

Action.crm.setup.common.analyzer+CollectAction Failed.
fatal error during instalation.

Does anyone lese have this issue or know a fix?

CRM2011 must run on Windows 2008 R2 64 Bit
