Hello,

We want more visibility of what staff are doing and yet they all seem to be able to set their Microsoft Teams as 'offline' or 'has been away for 42 days' 

How can we make them update it regularly with real status details and be sur ethey are doing some work?
Recycling Computers  is my hobby so if you have any old PCs or Macs..
