We are having an issue with one of our users on Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
All the other users appear to be OK.
They are receiving this message when trying to start teams:

We're sorry—we've run into an issue.
If that doesn't work, try signing out and back in.
Error code - caa82ee2
There's a more permanent way to sign in to Microsoft Teams. If you're having trouble completing the process, talk to your IT admin.
Microsoft Teams

We have tried:
logging out and back in
Removing all browser history
Deleting Windows credentials
Removing temp files associated with Teams

But the issue persists...
