Can I upgrade my physical Windows server of Windows 2012 R2 to 2022 do you think?

It is just an IIS server with a secondary/backup CertServ installed.

None of the sites are particularly complicated.

Do you think it is possible, or should I just export all of the sites and make a new install?

I would export all of the sites in IIS and make a new install but an upgrade to 2022 would work too as long as you do not have sharepoint or anything.
