When I am viewing emails in outlook 2007 and click 'view in CRM' the window does not populate.

Also the site keeps ending up ion Trusted Sites no matter how many times I add it to intranet.

I have disabled protected mode for trusted sites and the problem has gone.

I disabled it for Intranet also but CRM always adds itself to Trusted no matter what i do.

We solved the problem by enabling protected mode in the intranet zone and moving the server url to the intranet also.
