your Microsoft exchange administrator has blocked the version of outlook that you are using contact your administrator for assistance

I am on Office 365 - is there a fix for this?

Yes this is now being enforced - Microsoft Outlook 2010 is no longer supported by Microsoft Office 365 servers.

We recommend buying a new version ASAP.
