Cannot install printer in Windows 10

Services have appeared such as PrintWorkflow_70b2dc

Printer Spooler is running OK

Wizard will not complete - tried restarting spooler service

Having to add printer manually, cannot use explorer or add printer wizard...?

Does anyone know what the issue may be

This was a Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7 but everything else appears to work as expected.
