Trying to install Project 2016

Windows 7 x64 Pro

I am seeing the following:

Running setup.exe as a normal user:



Running as administrator it never appears on the screen and disappears after a few seconds in task manager

If I run the x86 version I can see I have the x64 version of Office installed:



If I run setup64.exe as administrator I get:



The files shown in the screen above must disappear before I can access them or when it automatically sends error data.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
