These are the fingerprint device and sensor drivers.

They are both here: Fingerprint device and sensor Dell Latitude E6430 Windows 10 & 11 x64 

You will also need the Dell Latitude E6420 airplane switch Windows driver x64 

And the PCI Simple Comms Controller
