Trying to export server deployment  - The package creation failed.
Details:    
Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.

What does that mean?

It seems I had removed a folder and not deleted the application I had created in IIS on that folder, so IIS was failing the export due to not finding the application folder it was expecting. I deleted the folder/application in IIS and the export worked (although I had to separate it into various different downloads to appease the maximum size settings.)
