We are seeing message like the below and similar on our Office 365 Outlook:

We have a shared (remote desktop server) computer but it has always worked fine.
Now it is slow and we cannot help but experience the freezing of Outlook all the time.

What can we do.

it is not affecting everyone, some more than others.

Ok so I have removed everything that may have been causing a problem from Windows Credentials Manager and entered their 365 credentials as office.com and microsoftlogin etc. but the issue remains

COULDN'T VERIFY ACCOUNT  We're having trouble  verifying your Microsoft 365 account on this computer. Most features will be turned off on [Date] Get Help
