Trying to add a new transport rule and you receive the error:

A word specified for a transport rule must contain at least one non-blank character and may not begin or end with a blank character. A word that consists of only blank spaces isn't allowed.
Make sure there are no spaces on the end of any of the phrases in the conditions as it will generate this error.
