Does anyone know hat is happening here?

Using my iPhone 7 as normal in iMessage

Just as an update - iMessage was disabled in settings ==> messages!!!  How did that happen?

I have enabled it but the send still fails so I sent as SMS

New iMessages are sent OK though 😐
