Event 5014 and 5004 every day on Server 2016 Domain Controller

I am having an issue with two domain controllers on the same LAN

I get a DFS replication error followed by a message saying the situation is resolved.

This happens every night at 21:00

What could be causing this?

I would think that you are running a backup at this time and when the system state is backed up the replication becomes unavailable for a brief period and that causes the error.

Check the backup - Windows Server Backup causes this error usually.
