I am sure everyone has been suffering from GMail spamola.

What can they do to stop these new accounts sending out?

Presumably the new users have to confirm they are a non-robot real person, but shouldn't GMail make sure that they don't send out hundreds of emails without a reply?

There must be something that they can do, they must have all sorts of statistics that enable them to spot these people misusing their system.

Outlook, yahoo and hotmail all need to respond to this nuisance as well.

We are currently receiving a lot of spam from:

AOL.com
GMAil.com
iCloud.com
Outlook.com
Yahoo.com
Hotmail.com

And the vast majority of this is unnecessary, if GMail made a caveat that you couldn't send out using SMTP server etc. then they woudl have to perform this manually or with a webapp that could easily be blocked too.

Why are we subject to this from the biggest, cleverest companies on teh planet?
