Windows 2012 R2 iSCSI persistent login failed, The volume will not be available after system reboot

When I connect to my iSCSI volumes I am receiving a message that my persistent login failed, presumably for CHAP.

How can I make sure that this reconnects after reboot?

If you have the drive set as a preferred device it will reconnect.
