I am seeing this error on my Windows 10 Pro machine

This is my usual home office machine and so it is put through the milling machine daily :)

Is this yet another CRM issue with Windows 10?

I can go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MSCRM\Traces in explorer with no issues logged in as me but there are no files present.

I have write permissions - I have checked - and it is within my profile anyway.

What would the problem be?
