I think this is something to do with the original RAID 0 that would've been installed on these two 128GB MSATA disks but even after going into BIOS and changing it to no secure boot, no fast boot, RAID enabled and CSM enabled and pressing CTRL+I for the RAID utility and making all the disks non-RAID Windows 11 can no longer reach the disk partition screen as it just says that devices are no longer presnt and restarts.
