This wasn't exactly the same model, but they reported good things:
FIX
With the machine powered off
And me attached to suitable static straps
Used a conventional screwdriver to remove back cover screws, noting positions of all (in case different lengths)
Then with a spudger prised the plastic back open CAREFULLY
Removed all components I could, which in my case was memory, network card, nvme Disk
Waited a while (say 30 mins)
Reinserted
Power ON ... wahoo it worked
Power OFF
Replace back cover and screws back.
I googled around to find a BIOS reset button but could not fine one
My laptop does not have a BIOS button on side (like my older Lenovo U430)
The Power ON worked! My machine now functions normally
