This seems to happen when we install a new PC, any ideas?

Automatic registration failed. Failed to lookup the registration service information from Active Directory. Exit code: Unknown HResult Error code: 0x801c001d

This is representative of Windows searching for a Hybrid Office 365 environment when joining the domain.

If you do not have a hybrid domain set-up them this is expected.

If you do then you need to have a check of your DNS and hybrid domain comms to be sure it is functioning as Microsoft recommend.
