Mate of mine has two PCs that are going for the same price.

Both Winnie 10

One is a rather sleek looking HP i7 Gen 8

The other is a chunkier Fuji i7 9th Gen

Is there a big difference?

Which should I choose?

Both 16GB RAM before anyone pipes up
