It appears a certificate has been deleted from your system and can no longer be found.

Some posts are matching this error to DropBox but it may just be a certificate that was in use has been removed by a user or process.

Yes the DbxSvc service would most likely be the DropBox service I imagine.

Why would it have lost a certificate though?
