Exchange 2019 Public folder mailbox usage - getting error:

Warning
The user hasn't logged on to mailbox 'Domain.local/Users/Mailbox19' ('[STRING]'), so there is no data to return. After the user logs on, this warning will no longer appear.

It sounds like the user needs to login to OWA in order to clear this error..
