What is the best way to write files to an NTFS disk at proper speeds from a Mac?

I use PCs a lot too and need a decent transfer rate between then]m at home.

My Mac is a MacBook Air so no LAN answers please 😰 🤨

Stick to FAT32/exFAT as this will give you full compatibility between both.

FATG32 and exFAT are the same thing,
