We are seeing the following on a Windows 2012 R2 server with Dynamics CRM 2016 installed.

We are suddenly seeing this on our Dynamics 365 server whether by browser or by Outlook clinet:

Error
An error has occurred.

For some reason a second server restart solved the issue...
