OK here is what I did when I faced this situation - I am assuming you are in a similar position, but if not it might at least help someone else. After trying adding the server IP to safe addresses in Java under the security tab I realised I was using Chrome which probably doesn't allow Java at all anymore. I switched to IE as I was using a Windows 2012 Server and the remote virtual console started working fine. I managed to make the changes and could go to sleep  Edited by user 07 April 2021 09:53:30(UTC)
