Hello,
I am receiving: HTTP Error 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied
when trying to assign an email to a case on CRM 2016 on premises
I can log into the website fine and many pages work on the Client but not this one...?
What should I do?

Try logging into Internet Explorer and remembering the password for the CRM website.
If it is an active directory account you use to connect via Claims Auth, make sure the zone is set to 'automatically login with current username and password' |
