If you aree seeing that the Facebook page doesn't completely load in Google Chrome or doesn't load at all then make sure you do not have AVG installed

We have seen that AVG CLoud needs the URL of facebook.com added as safe before it will work.

Has anyone seen Facebook not loading properly in Chrome without having installed AVG?

As far as I know it has never been installed (AVG) on this system.
