Sage 200 message when trying to run Account Maintenance in Purchase Ledger

unable to access the purchaseledger module feature 'Purchase Ledger Account Maintenance' because you are currently accessing the PurchaseLedger module feature 'Enter New Supplier Account'

But I am not in that, I can open it and close it to no avail.

Period End Routines for Purchase Ledger module is locked by me somehow??

We had to manually remove the locked status of the records in SQL Management Studio

They were under dbo.SYSActiveLock and we simply edited the top 200 rows and deleted the records present.

We were then able to access the VAT and Account Maintenance in Period End Routines of the Purchase and Nominal Ledgers
